Booking Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of €600 is required to secure your reservation. The remaining amount to be paid in full by the 28th July 2019. If registering within 10 weeks of the retreat, the total fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Registration is only guaranteed when full payment has been made.
Travel Information
Flights are not included in the price and participants need to make their own flight arrangements to Pula. As flights are usually cheaper when booked in advance, we recommend booking your flight at least 6- 8 weeks ahead.
Pula International Airport is only is 6 km from Villa Stella in Pomer.
Numerous airlines offer regular flight to Pula; Aer Lingus, British Airways, Edelweiss, Easy Jet, Swiss, Ryanair, Jet2.com.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 45 days prior to the course will receive a refund minus the deposit
Cancellations made more than 30 days but less than 45 days prior to the course will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice given will not be entitled to a refund but as a goodwill gesture we offer a 50% credit toward the next available course. This offer will become null and void if a second cancellation is made.
Private Coaching / Consultation Sessions Available
Need support on a specific issue and want a private coaching or consultation?
A limited number of 50 minutes slots are available. To avoid disappointment we suggest you reserve your session at the time of booking.
The cost for a 50-minutes session is €120 (a 50% discount on my normal fees).
This includes a free recording of the session for you to take home.
(If you prefer not to have your session recorded, simply inform us prior to your session).
